Despite media pronouncements, polls, etc. this election has not been decided. While it is true that by party affiliation, the Democrats are outvoting Republicans in Harris County after the first week of early voting, the other side believes it can discourage you from voting.
The November 2008 election has an extremely long ballot in Harris County. TCR endorses in every major race and spotlights the most important races on the ballot.
The major media is trying to get you to give up and let the left have a massive election victory.

So, a liberal federal judge who in the past has hogtied Texas and mandates big time spending finds the bilingual education system is not performing.
